What I work with

Most of my clients come to me during a change — a new baby, a wave of anxiety that wasn't there before, a chapter of life that's shifting in ways they can't quite name. I work in three areas in particular.

Perinatal mental health

For people who are pregnant, postpartum, parenting young children, or navigating fertility, loss, and the road to becoming a parent. I'm a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, and this is the work I'm most known for.

Anxiety

Generalized anxiety, perfectionism, health anxiety, body image anxiety, social anxiety, and the patterns of overthinking and over-controlling that anxiety often hides inside. I work with anxiety at three layers: the thoughts, the patterns underneath the thoughts, and the body that holds the felt sense of being on edge.

The seasons that don't have clear names. New parenthood, career shifts, relationship changes, identity questions, the in-between work of figuring out who you're becoming. Most of this work isn't about resolving symptoms — it's about finding language for what's actually going on.
